New Build Home Package
New Build Homes will already meet building regulations when it comes to loft insulation and loft hatches. This new build home package is designed with this in mind.
This package is designed to ensure that you don't void your new build warranty. The LoftZone system avoids using heavy timber and will not compromise your SAP rating or insulation.
What’s Included?
Package includes:
A 6m2 (64ft2) area of LoftZone StoreFloor raised loft decking
Uses 18mm interlocking loft boarding
3 section aluminium loft ladder
Installed at your convenience, usually within a day.

Traditional Home Package (pre-1975)
Some older or more traditional homes may not meet the current standard for loft insulation. Loft hatches may also be too small for a loft ladder to fit, as well as being less energy efficient than modern hatches. We've designed this package with these kind of homes in mind.
This package will help your home become more energy efficient, keeping you warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer - and saving you money on your heating bills.

Package includes:
An area of raised floor above the insulation supported independently for storage and access
Uses 18mm interlocking loft boarding
Top-up of existing loft insulation (where necessary)
3 section aluminium loft ladder with operating pole - giving you safe access to the loft.
New, building regulations approved loft hatch, created by extending your current loft hatch. Moving the hatch will cost more (please speak to us for further details)
Installed at your convenience, usually within 1-2 days, by LoftZone approved certified installers.
Full 5 year guarantee.

Post 1975 Home Package
We provide post-1975 loft boarding packages customised to properties built during or after the 1970s which often have smaller loft access and may contain water tanks. The modular design of our loft boarding systems can easily fit around obstructions such as water tanks, or we can remove them!
