Our Process
From the minute you call or email, our professionally trained advisors will be ready to help you. Based on the information that you provide we can determine what will most likely be the best loft storage solution for your home.
During your scheduled appointment with one of our trained and experienced in-house loft storage surveyors, they will present you with a presentation pack with information and a sit-down detailed analysis on the loft storage solutions we can provide and that are best suited to your home. At no time are you under any pressure to buy or agree, take your time and have a think, we are always here if you need us.
After your scheduled appointment you will be provided a quote online. This is a fixed price quote so no hidden extras, the price we say is the price you pay. We also guarantee we will beat any LIKE for LIKE quote, providing we are using the same make and model of materials, not cheap inferior products and the same method of sub-frame system.
Upon acceptance of your quote, we will arrange an installation date that is best suited to you where possible. We do not require that you be home during your installation, all staff are fully employed by the company and carry out installations frequently where we’ve been granted access to the property without homeowners being present. We understand and appreciate your concerns and will always work with you to suit your preferences.
Once your installation has been completed, one of our installation directors will carry out a multiple of checks to ensure our teams work is up to the highest standard. You will then be sent an invoice where you can pay online, hassle free! So, you know exactly how we do things, we provide value for money whilst retaining high quality services, products and professionalism.
